In a word… AMAZING, WONDERFUL, RESULT-PRODUCING,
EXHILARATING!! Ok, wait, that’s five words, isn’t it?
18 phenomenal people came together Friday and Saturday at
our Get Connected to More Event, and as our days came to a
close we heard forecasts of $100,000 increases, passions
turned into profits, exploding businesses, more precious time
spent with kids and grandkids, life-altering diseases reversed,
and quadrupled incomes!
Today’s article serves two very important purposes. 1) I’d like
this to serve as my way of recognizing all who attended and
2) I’d like to share all the “more” that could be possible for you.
Here are just a few things reported at the end of the two days.
“This was all I expected and so much more!!”
“I now know how and am TOTALLY DETERMINED to stop
being chased by what’s holding me back and start chasing

The atmosphere in the room was one of anticipation when
Friday began. We started with getting to know one another,
and before that day ended, we very much did so! It can be
a little unnerving not knowing the folks you’re about to spend
two days with. This group felt like family very quickly as the
hearts were ones of yearning to succeed and the words of
encouragement for one another was literally indescribable.
We talked about each person’s passion. This is no small
subject as we rarely allow ourselves the opportunity to
think about such a thing. We talked about achieving goals,
overcoming obstacles, and winning the battles that life and
business can feel like.
Most importantly, Friday’s topics allowed us to explore ideas
most of us didn’t even know we had! We came to recognize
that none of us is thinking big enough and that there’s so much
more that life has to offer!
Saturday turned from personal insight to professional excellence
as we covered how to tap into your Marketing Mind, use
Collaboration Connection, and watch business increase by 4, 6,
even 10 times!! We uncovered many secrets for turning difficult
team members into highly productive ones! How To Be a Better
Communicator and Delegator was just awesome! The
compliments I received about the marketing section alone made
me feel quite humbled. A lot of people said, “This is exactly what
I needed!”
Personally, I can’t even begin to tell you how much I was blessed
getting as I shared. I am so in awe that God would allow me to be
a catalyst for happiness, hope, success and health in so many
lives. For those of you who attended we already have several

Julie, besides the smile that captivated everyone every time you
flashed it, you were one who motivated ME! Thanks for continuing
to send me positive affirmations throughout the two days. When
you and I let God do all He wants to do through us, we will directly
affect Lima members and the world in ways they haven’t been
affected before! You are so right when you say, “I know I was
brought here.”
Dani, there is no one like you! Your passion doesn’t have to be
tapped into, you walk in it everyday. Your belief doesn’t need built,
you live in it constantly. You WILL touch the world with your ministry
and now you have so many ways to do so! Dani, you are a BELIEF
BUILDER!
Andrea, I heard you already plugged in several things you learned!
Now THAT’S what I call taking action!! You started the day with,
“I’m just trying to figure things out,” and ended with, “I know EXACTLY
what I’m supposed to do!” What a breakthrough! We’re all so thrilled
for you!
Roy, taking the step to attend more than just a Thin&Healthy or industry
event is a big step. Thank you for believing in me enough to do so. You
are such a gift in this organization and now to the rest of the world who
get to discover how amazing you are too! I had so many comments on
how incredible you are! And you are!
Sandy, the sweet soul who shared her very personal story. To respond
to your post on the forum, we are honored to be the new friends you’ve
been looking for! You’re right on track, Sandy; windshields are much
bigger than rearview mirrors for a reason. We are to invest our time
and energy in looking to what we can do about the future, not the pain
of the past. Your story will be one that moves millions of women as you
produce it!
Dr. D., I am so glad you came! Not only am I excited that you learned
new things; you were also such a treasure for so many in attendance.

about changing it probably because you were looking at a specific desired
result of some kind. Just know that who you are is amazing and your
business will explode when you combine the incredible person you are
with the marketing strategies we use. Take that lion down baby! I’m
